St. George Ambulances has issued a message to all staff and customers warning of a flare up of a firefighting course due to take place on Saturday.
It’s believed the course will be held on Saturday evening from 6pm to 8pm.
Ambulance crews are already battling the blaze in a bid to contain the blaze.
Fire crews are now preparing to leave the course to help put out the blaze while the public can still attend and enjoy the event.
The course is scheduled to last two hours, with the duration of the course dependent on weather conditions.
Ambulinare firefighting courses have been held before, but they were held on Saturdays.
They were held after the death of one of the organisers, who was also the host of the annual St. Andrew’s Day celebration in St. Andrews.
